WHAT ARE THE FACILITY HOURS? - Storage Access - Gate entry hours are from 8:30 am to 7:00pm 365 days a year.
Office Hours - The office is staffed from 12:00pm to 4:00pm Monday thru Friday and we can be reached by phone, (360) 683-4628, the rest of the time.

HOW DO I RENT A UNIT? - We rent units in person or by mail. There is a $10.00 security deposit that is added to the first months rent which can be refunded to you at the time of vacating a clean unit. All you have to do is fill out the information on the rental contract. Our rental contacts are on a minimum one month basis and then on a month to month basis after that. All occupants furnish their own lock and keys to their unit. Sequim Stow Places does NOT keep copies of keys to the occupants unit. We require a 20 day written notice to vacate.

Rents are due on the monthly anniversary of the rental date unless different arrangements are made. Sequim Stow Places does NOT send out a billing! We are able to take payments over the phone by VISA, MASTER CARD or DISCOVER credit and debit cards, of course checks and cash are still welcomed.

HOW DO I MOVE IN TO MY UNIT? - Upon completion of the contract procedures, we will remove the lock that was on the unit for safekeeping and you can attach your lock. The Unit is now ready for you to use. Sequim Stow Places is not responsible for and does NOT insure your personal items nor liability for injury.

HOW DO I VACATE MY UNIT? - Sequim Stow Places requires a 20 day written notice to vacate prior to your leaving. We ask that you remove all your items and sweep the unit when it is empty. We find that sweeping insures that you have checked in all the corners for all your property.
